This report is intended to serve two purposes: (1) to make available to the public basic ground-water data useful in planning and studying development of water resources, and (2) to supplement an interpretive report that will be published later. Records were collected during 1961-63 by the U.S. Geological Survey in cooperation with the Utah State Engineer as a part of the investigation of ground-water conditions in the upper Sevier River basin, in parts of Garfield, Iron, Kane, Piute, and Sevier Counties, Utah. This report is most useful in predicting conditions likely to be found in areas that are being considered as well sites.
